If you buy with PayPal and your item does not arrive or does not match the seller's description, we will refund the full amount of your purchase. Buyer Protection covers purchases made with PayPal. It also applies to payments made directly from our website.
Most of the products that can be sent by post are not prohibited by law. Examples of cases: you have bought a book and you receive a DVD, you have bought a new item but you receive a second hand, you have bought 3 items but you only receive 2, the item has been damaged during delivery, the item is missing the main parts (And the seller has not warned you) or you purchase a branded item and you receive a counterfeit.
Buyer Protection does not cover claims related to real estate, vehicles, handmade items, gift cards or prepaid cards or items that violate our policy (generally, items prohibited by law). Nor does it cover items you buy in person or payments you send to friends and family. In order to enjoy the Protection of the buyer, you have a period of 180 days to open a dispute.
We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made from your account if you inform us within 60 days. That is, if someone steals your account information and uses it improperly, we will refund your money.
If the item does not arrive or does not match the description and meets the requirements, we will refund the full amount of the purchase, including shipping costs.
